Onion Chip Dip

Onion Chip Dip

Red onions -- cooked long and slow until they become sweet and golden brown -- are mixed with an array of piquant seasonings like Dijon, Worcestershire, and soy and stirred into cool sour cream in our Onion Chip Dip. We serve it with an assortment of vegetable crisps, but raw fennel and radishes make satisfying and equally healthy alternatives.
